Con el presente auto se dispone SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RDL-034 correspondiente al control automático de constitucionalidad del Decreto Ley 902 de 2017, por el cual se adoptan medidas para facilitar la implementación de la Reforma Rural Integral contemplada en el Acuerdo Final en materia de tierras, específicamente el procedimiento para el acceso y la formalización y el Fondo de Tierras.
Se establece que dicha suspensión se mantiene hasta tanto la Corte decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017, expediente RPZ-003 y decrete la reanudación del presente proceso.

- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los terminos en el expediente RDL-034, correspondientes al control automatico de constitucionalidad del Decreto Ley 902 de 2017.
- SEGUNDO. Esta suspension se mantendra hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017 (expediente RPZ-003), y decrete la reanudacion del proceso RDL 034.
- TERCERO. La suspension aqui decretada no impide la practica de pruebas en el proceso.
- CUARTO. La Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional realizara las anotaciones correspondientes en los expedientes mencionados.
